You’ve been at this for a while and you’re starting to wonder if it’s even possible to make consistent money selling crochet. You want to make it happen but it seems like you’ve tried everything. You might be frustrated with the lack of results but you haven’t quit yet! You’re ready to grab a compass and give it another go in the hopes of finding your crochet treasure. Your next step is implementing a new strategy you haven’t tried before.

Your Roadmap 🗺

Ideas:
Have you done an audit of your customer experience?? Many people find the answers they’re looking for from their customers! You can do this in a number of ways.

  1. Google Form / Survey Monkey

  2. Polls on social media

  3. Reviews from Etsy/Website

  4. Asking friends & family for feedback

Here are some examples of what you can ask:

  • If you could change one thing about buying from (fill in the business name) what would it be & why?

  • What would take your experience with (fill in the business name) from good to unforgettable??

  • Was it easy to buy from (fill in the business name)? If not, what would make it easier?

  • Is there a product you wish (fill in the business name) would offer??

Plan:
After getting feedback, create a tentative plan for the next 30 days. Trello is one of my favorite project planning tools and it’s free! Focus on the activities that will make the most impact. You don’t want to further burn yourself out.

Action:
Make a list of all the things you’ve tried. Then, make a list of things you haven’t tried. Do a little research for ideas! Fill in your 30-day plan with some new strategies. What’s the worst that could happen??

Treat yourself:
Get yourself a giant slice of cheesecake 🍰 (or cake of choice). You’ve been through a lot and even though you don’t feel like it… you’ve come so far! Savor the sweetness as you get ready for a new chapter.
