How to Crochet a Leaf Coaster

Supplies:
Alternative: Jute Twine (Hildi & Jo at Joann is my favorite brand)
4mm crochet hook
Sewing needle
Scissors
abbreviations
CH - Chain
SC- Single Crochet
SL -Slip Stitch
PS - Puff Stitch
JS - Jasmine Stitch (3 petals)
JS+ - Jasmine Stitch Increase (2 petals)
Written Pattern
ROUND 1:
Begin with a Magic Circle or CH 4 and SL ends together to make a circle
PS one time into the circle
JS + x5 into the circle
There should be 6 petals in the center
Close with a puff stitch attaching to other side then CH 1 (see photos)
ROUND 2:
Begin with a PS going into CH 1
*JS +
JS
Repeat from * 4 more times (photo 1)
JS + two more times (photo 2)
Close with a PS & CH 1 (photo 3)
ROUND 5:
*SC x2 in petal. Only top two loops (photo 1)
SC x 1 in stitch next to petal (photo 2)
Repeat from * all the way around
SL to first SC
